Micromold’s QA personnel received additional training and certificates in Total Quality Management from the University California Riverside. Our QA personnel have also undergone additional training and received certificates for the use of our inspection measuring systems, from the equipment manufacturers.  

Micromold has the capability to take extremely accurate measurements to .00005” and weigh to .0001g. This is done using contact or non-contact measurement systems and laboratory scales. All of the measurement systems are calibrated every six months and traceable to NIST (National Institute of Science & Technology).  

Micromold has established & maintains documented procedures for all aspects of quality. We maintain product documentation from 1^st article inspection through in-process production dimensional testing. Micromold provides SPC data to the customer to provide evidence of conformance and adherence to product control limits.
