Insert molding offers our customers the advantages of molding in Ceramic, Machined Metal, Stamped Metal, Wire formed or Metal Injection Molded (MIM) inserts into complex plastic part geometries. This process can save time and money eliminating second step operations. Insert molding can also improve product lead times by one sourcing the part assembly. Molding inserts into the plastic part will allow tighter tolerances to be maintained in addition to a better bond over pressing them in after the molding operation.
